For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Butlers, and what were your goals?
A couple of years ago, we were looking for a technical support business. We tried to find a company that could resolve our issues with web development and support of our Webflow website. And Digital Butlers was the company that suits us perfectly.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I find DB in the Webflow Popular Designers list that was available for hire: https://webflow.com/designers/hire. They have a solid portfolio in their profile so we get in contact via Telegram. After the conversation about the project, we started our work.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
DB's primary task was to do ongoing modifications and updates to the structure and functionality of our website. We are having meetings with the developer, and project manager and discussing in detail the upcoming changes. We also preparing the detailed task cards in Notion to manage our progress. During the work, the team is always in contact and not only completed the current tasks but also offering great ideas. Right now, a lot of work has been done to improve the website and we are moving forward every month.

As a result we’ve got a website, that was upgraded several time with not only layout changes, but also with some functioanl updates.

We mostly used Telegram to discuss tasks in the beginning. We also had e-mail conversations & Google meet. But right now we are mainly using Slack and Notion. The process of communicating is simple and straightforward.

The Digital Butlers team is really concerned about employers. They work fast and are highly professional. They also focus on understanding our requests and helping us to find the best way to solve tasks.
